Job summary

TalentoHC is seeking a Recruitment Analyst to research, source, and engage talent for active searches. You will support the recruiting team with candidate assessment and pipeline development while learning from experienced recruiters.

You will use sourcing platforms, Boolean searches, and market insights to identify relevant professionals and deliver qualified candidate flow, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout early stages.

Qualifications
