Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Project Manager to lead Recruiting Transformation projects, translating strategy into scoped plans with milestones and deliverables. You will partner with program leads and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope outcomes and manage risk and change.

The role requires excellent communication, structured problem-solving, and the ability to run multiple moderate-to-high complexity initiatives in a global environment. This is a contract position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Recruiting Transformation projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder presentation skills.
• Experience across planning, scheduling, risk, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Recruiting Transformation projects.
• Own project plan, schedule, issues, and risks across multiple projects.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and change control.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage dependencies.
• Interact with development, support, and global process owners to shape plans.
• Track and report project status, metrics, and health to leadership.
• Own project documentation: charters, status reports, meeting notes.
• Drive clear communication, updates, and change-management planning.
• Facilitate meetings and promote a collaborative environment.
• Conduct post-project reviews and prepare leadership-readouts.
