Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, skill sets and market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts for referrals and leads.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
• Participate in community volunteering and philanthropic partnerships.
