Are you a full-cycle recruiter who thrives in a strategic and autonomous environment?

We’re looking for a Recruiting Talent Advisor to join our new and growing Mid-Market RPO team and lead a high-impact engagement for a mission-driven organization focused on ending global food insecurity.

What You’ll Do:

• Own all hiring activity (30+ roles/year) across operations, HR, finance, compliance & international programs
• Partner with hiring managers from intake to onboarding
• Manage ATS workflows and recruitment data reporting
• Schedule interviews, support offers, and administer background checks
• Deliver an outstanding candidate and client experience
• Be available to support a client and hiring managers sitting in the west-coast

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (RPO/agency/internal)
• Strong stakeholder communication and project ownership skills
• Comfort working independently in a client-facing role
• ATS proficiency and detail-oriented process management
• Experience in mission-driven or non-profit organizations is a plus
