As an APAC TA Advisor you are vital to the overall success of the organization. The RIGHT person will have an incredible grasp on how to manage a full life cycle recruiting process. In this you’ll need to build a strategic partnership with the business unit hiring managers to ensure we are hiring the “A” Players. This role will be pivotal in driving talent acquisition efforts across the entire APAC region, including Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, and India. You will be responsible for recruiting top-tier talent for a diverse range of departments, including Sales, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering (SE), Engineering, and Support.
As a TA Advisor you will:
Manage the entire recruiting process and influence hiring managers and other stakeholders across the APAC region.
Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs across various departments (Sales, Professional Services, SE, Engineering, Support). Evaluate skill level and help manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines.
Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and executive management.
Directly source world-class talent for a variety of roles including Sales, Professional Services, Solutions Engineers, Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, UI Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Support roles.
Review resumes and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward efficiently.
Manage the day-to-day focus of any sourcers assigned to support your recruiting efforts.
Maintain data integrity within Workday (our ATS). Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hires in Workday.
Collaborate with the regional and global TA team members and HR Business Partners across the APAC region
We're excited about if you have:
At least 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on the APAC region.
Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter & outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
Ability to work across multiple disciplines and geographies within APAC.
Ability to grasp new technologies.
Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
Demonstrated competencies around talent assessment, market intelligence, networking, relationship building, business acumen, sales acumen, technology acumen, negotiation, and innovation.
