Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
• 4+ years of professional work experience in sales, recruiting, or related roles.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Solon, OH.

Responsibilities

• Market & Business Development: Outreach to candidates through proactive recruiting efforts.
• Communication & Outreach: High-volume outbound calls, emails, phone, LinkedIn, and text.
• Candidate & Client Engagement: Recruit, qualify, and assess candidates.
• Recruiting & Search Execution: Develop and execute search plans from start to finish.
• CRM & Process Management: Use CRM to track activity, candidates, and process.
• Sales & Influencing: Present opportunities and clearly articulate value propositions.
• Planning & Time Management: Set and execute daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
• Training & Continuous Development: Participate in trainings, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
