You will use diverse sourcing methods, coordinate job fairs, create and manage postings, and maintain KPI-driven performance. Strong communication, organization, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience in light industrial staffing, manufacturing or logistics.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Coordination of job fairs and outreach to potential candidates.
• Social media campaigns and job postings management.
• Knowledge of EEO, ADA and related regulations.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office.
• Ability to visit client sites as needed.
