Job summary

Tuopu USA, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for warehouse roles, including pickers, packers, forklift operators and general laborers. The role emphasizes high-volume sourcing, screening, interviews, and bilingual communication with Spanish-speaking candidates, plus strict compliance and documentation.

You will partner with hiring managers, forecast staffing needs, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruiting applicable to warehouse or logistics contexts.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding for warehouse roles.
• High-Volume Hiring: Source, screen, and interview a high number of candidates to meet workforce demands.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach to attract applicants.
• Interviewing & Selection: Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews for culture fit and requirements.
• Bilingual Communication: Engage with Spanish-speaking candidates throughout the process.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain hiring records, verify work authorization and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaboration: Work with hiring managers and HR to forecast staffing needs and improve strategies.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire paperwork and orientation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, high-volume hiring, warehouse staffing, candidate sourcing, compliance, and documentation. This role will focus on high-volume recruiting for warehouse positions, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our growing operations.

• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate hiring records, verify work authorization, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR to forecast staffing needs and improve recruitment strategies.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition for employees into the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple hiring priorities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000/Year (Please keep in mind that salary will be based on experience in the automotive industry, educational background, and other skills determined by HR)
