Job summary

Tuopu USA, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking an Human Resources Intern to learn the day-to-day HR processes, assist with recruiting, and support onboarding in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will source candidates, review resumes, schedule interviews, conduct screenings, and maintain applicant records while ensuring confidentiality. This paid internship offers mentorship and opportunities for future employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to start ASAP.
• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records.
• Assist with creating and posting job advertisements.
• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Track recruiting metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
• Prepare onboarding paperwork and employee files.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Support HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly Range: $18-$20/hr
