Job summary

The role emphasizes high-volume sourcing, screening, interviews, and bilingual communication with Spanish-speaking candidates, plus strict compliance and documentation.

You will partner with hiring managers, forecast staffing needs, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruiting applicable to warehouse or logistics contexts.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple hiring priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding for warehouse roles.
• High-Volume Hiring: Source, screen, and interview a high number of candidates to meet workforce demands.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach to attract applicants.
• Interviewing & Selection: Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews for culture fit and requirements.
• Bilingual Communication: Engage with Spanish-speaking candidates throughout the process.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain hiring records, verify work authorization and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaboration: Work with hiring managers and HR to forecast staffing needs and improve strategies.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire paperwork and orientation.
