Job summary

Dr Lane & Associates in Angier, NC, is hiring a Clinical Recruiting Specialist for a full-time corporate role. You will research market salaries, attract diverse candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across our dental practices.

You will work with corporate teams, office management, and external networks to develop strategies, post vacancies, review applications, and coordinate onboarding, background checks, and campus/job fair engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources related field or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in Human Resources and/or recruitment is preferred.
• Dental experience a plus and strong computer/ATS skills are required.

The Clinical Recruiting Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our dental practices.

• Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular locations.
• Schedules and conducts interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Distribute reports to determine needs and establish recruitment goals, timelines, and maintain contact throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Work closely with the corporate team and office management to develop recruiting strategies.
• Post and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data throughout the recruitment process.
• Review applications and verifying references
• Develop recruitment materials
• Post vacancies as needed
• Facilitates a seamless new hire on-boarding process for new hires
• Coordinating and tracking pre-employment screening requirements such as background checks, drug screens
• Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
• Following up with managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
