Job summary

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a Clinical Recruiting Specialist to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for our dental practices. You will build diverse candidate pools and partner with practice leaders to fill roles across multiple clinics.

The role emphasizes data-driven hiring, coordinating interviews, managing the ATS, and guiding candidates through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in HR and/or recruitment.
• Dental experience a plus.
• Proficiency with computer applications and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement staffing strategies for dental practices.
• Collects and analyzes salary data and candidate availability by location.
• Schedules and conducts interviews; prepares questions and materials.
• Distributes reports to set recruitment goals and timelines.
• Collaborates with corporate team and office management on recruiting strategies.
• Post and maintain ATS data throughout the process.
• Review applications and verify references.
• Develop recruitment materials and post vacancies.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.
• Coordinate and track pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug screens).
• Organize and attend job fairs and campus events.
• Follow up with managers after interviews to discuss placements.

The Clinical Recruiting Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our dental practices.

• Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular locations.
• Schedules and conducts interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Distribute reports to determine needs and establish recruitment goals, timelines, and maintain contact throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Work closely with the corporate team and office management to develop recruiting strategies.
• Post and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data throughout the recruitment process.
• Review applications and verifying references
• Develop recruitment materials
• Post vacancies as needed
• Facilitates a seamless new hire on-boarding process for new hires
• Coordinating and tracking pre-employment screening requirements such as background checks, drug screens
• Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
• Following up with managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resources related field or equivalent experience.
• Previous progressive experience in Human Resources and/or recruitment.
• Dental experience a plus!
• Strong proficiency in computer applications, ATS platforms, and internet-based recruiting tools.
