Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a part-time Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer to identify passive candidates and manage candidate communications.

You will coordinate interviews, match skills to openings, and provide HR support including maintaining employee profiles and building talent pipelines. The role requires discretion, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required;
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred;
• 0–1 year in administrative, call center, or recruiting support is preferred;
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, iCIMS or similar);
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced);
• Experience communicating with internal and external customers at various levels;
• Experience dealing with executives and employees at all levels;

Job Description: Summary Ryder is currently hiring a part-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer.

Essential Functions

• Identify and interact with potential passive candidates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
• Facilitate/coordinate interviews
• Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Provide broader Human Resources department support, including:
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Maintaining employee profiles
• Employment Screenings
• Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team
• Supports the HR team in special projects and/or assignments
• Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation Information

• Pay Type: Hourly
• Minimum Pay Range: 20.00
• Maximum Pay Range: 22.00
