WoodmenLife seeks a Recruiting Sales Manager to lead a team of independent representatives across Lexington and Richmond, KY, with up to 60% travel. You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, drive sales activity, and serve as a trusted liaison to the Home/Regional Office, while advancing WoodmenLife’s mission in the community.

You will shape recruiting strategy, build relationships with top talent, and promote career opportunities within a supportive, values-driven organization.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 12 months experience as a WoodmenLife representative (or equivalent).
• FIC designation (or willingness to obtain) and compliance with licensing/CE requirements.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and build relationships.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities with energy to lead by example.
• Ability to work independently with up to 60% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Set and achieve annual recruiting goals for the territory.
• Coach, train, and jointly sell with representatives to grow their capabilities.
• Recruit top talent and maintain a pipeline of potential recruits.
• Oversee representative performance with motivation and feedback.
• Liaise between representatives and Regional/Home Office to resolve issues.
• Engage in community and fraternal activities to promote WoodmenLife’s mission.
