Job summary

Rainmaker, a pioneering cloud seeding and weather solution company, is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support its recruiting engine. You will coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

You will partner with the Senior Recruiter, Head of People, hiring managers, and interviewers to streamline hiring processes, maintain data accuracy, and drive continuous improvement in recruiting operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or related field.
• Experience coordinating interview scheduling and multiple hiring processes.
• Experience supporting recruiters, ATS management, candidate communications, and recruiting operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to prioritize deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Keep the recruiting engine running by scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring teams, and maintaining recruiting data.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful interactions with applicants.
• Support a structured, high-quality hiring process by coordinating interview loops and collecting feedback.
• Build strong recruiting operations by tracking metrics, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate systems.
