We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team, focusing on the logistics and coordination of recruiting efforts for the Recruiting organization. This role will involve close collaboration with recruiters, sourcers, interviewers and hiring managers, ensuring operational excellence and a standout candidate experience. You will primarily be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing the logistics of onsite interviews, streamlining processes, and scaling programs. This role is a non-exempt, hourly position based on a 40-hour work week with potential for overtime earnings.

This role is based in our San Francisco office and we aren't considering remote applications at this time. We offer relocation support to new employees, and we use a hybrid work model: three days in the office per week with optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays.
