Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent ops, or high-volume scheduling roles.
• Exceptional organizational rigor and attention to detail.
• Strong systems thinker who identifies inefficiencies and redesigns them.
• Experience managing multiple fast-moving requisitions simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with funnel data interpretation to spot improvements.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Experience working with recruiters or hiring managers in a high-growth environment.
• High ownership mentality; treat hiring outcomes as yours.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting operations across scheduling, screens, take-homes, onsites, debriefs, and offers.
• Ensure interview loops are structured, calibrated, and frictionless for candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and candidate tracking across stages.
• Identify bottlenecks and unblock processes before escalation.
• Partner with a dedicated technical recruiter to co-own requisitions.
• Participate in intake discussions, funnel diagnostics, and prioritization decisions.
• Align sourcing volume, interview capacity, and hiring goals.
• Design lifecycle improvements across screening, onsite structure, feedback loops, and offer workflows.
• Run pilots on new interview formats, tooling, automation, or candidate experience upgrades.
• Standardize documentation, templates, rubrics, and workflows.
• Build scalable systems that reduce interviewer load while increasing signal quality.
• Monitor funnel health, conversion rates, and scheduling velocity.
• Surface insights to hiring managers and leadership.
