Vitalize is building the system that runs hospital labor and onboarding with precision. The Talent Team will own interview operations, optimize Ashby workflows, and drive scalable, data-driven recruiting.

You will partner with recruiters, implement AI-driven improvements, and shape the candidate experience from first contact to Day One. We value operational excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and a growth mindset as we scale in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Recruiting Coordination or Talent Operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise with Ashby, including automations, workflows, interview plans, and dashboards.
• Focus on process and operational excellence; identify inefficiencies and build systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail in every interaction.
• Hospitality mindset in candidate, interviewer, and manager experiences.
• Curiosity around AI and recruiting technology to automate repetitive work.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent judgment and proactive problem-solving.
• Growth mindset to learn sourcing and attract exceptional talent.

Responsibilities

• Own interview operations across the company, coordinating interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Become the internal Ashby expert, building automations, workflows, templates, kits, dashboards, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to eliminate manual work and improve quality.
• Own the operational excellence of the Talent function; fix friction wherever it arises.
• Partner with recruiters to build interview kits and standardize scorecards.
• Maintain data quality across Ashby so reporting and metrics stay accurate.
• Build recruiting dashboards to track funnel, velocity, interviewer health.
• Evaluate and implement new recruiting technologies.
• Own onboarding from offer to Day One, coordinating with teams for a great first day.
• Create memorable candidate touchpoints throughout the process.
• Learn sourcing and become a trusted partner for high-priority searches.
• Tinker with systems and seek better ways to do things.
