Job summary

Harvey is seeking an experienced Recruiting Operations Manager to streamline and automate complex EMEA recruiting processes. You will own day-to-day operations, lead AI-driven initiatives, and partner with analytics and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions across the region.

You will transform undefined workflows into repeatable, reliable procedures, enable the coordination team, and drive impact in a fast-growing company at an inflection point.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruiting operations, people ops, or a similar operational role in a fast growing company.
• Track record of turning messy, undefined processes into clear, repeatable, reliable workflows.
• Hands-on automation experience, including AI or workflow tools.
• Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets.
• Strong cross-functional skills: ability to explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.
• Nice to have: experience with an ATS such as Ashby.

Role Overview

The EMEA Recruiting Operations Manager keeps hiring running smoothly across EMEA. You'll take on complex, loosely defined operational work, then turn it into automated processes that the coordination team can run and maintain on their own. You'll also help lead bigger AI implementation projects, partnering with Harvey's analytics and AI teams while doing much of the hands‑on work in EMEA yourself.
