This on-site role in NYC or SF offers a base salary range of $160,000 to $215,000, with a competitive total compensation package including equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring across multiple functions at startups.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast paced environments in NYC/SF markets.
• Proven track record in building sourcing strategies.
• Strong time-to-fill and process improvements.
• Familiarity with NYC ecosystem preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and emerging roles.
• Flex between requisitions and reprioritize quickly with GTM and Technical recruiters to absorb overflow and lead new or unconventional searches.
• Stand up sourcing strategies for unfamiliar or first-of-their-kind roles, building the playbook where none exists yet.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops, and tight SLAs for every search you pick up.
• Craft crisp outreach and a high-touch candidate experience from first message to signed offer.
• Keep the funnel instrumented through ATS hygiene, conversion data, and fast iteration on what's working.
