Job summary

The Panaro Group is a woman-owned recruiting consulting firm based in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. We partner with organizations to solve hiring challenges and help leaders make confident talent decisions. This internship is designed for a college student who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working behind the scenes to support recruiting, operations, sales, and marketing.

Duration: October 2026 to January 2027. Pay: $16 per hour. Location: Must live in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable interacting professionally with candidates and teams.
• Interest in learning recruiting processes and marketing tools.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone and on-site interviews using Outlook.
• Conduct initial phone screens and document notes.
• Manage candidate communication and scheduling logistics.
• Update and maintain applicant tracking systems and databases.
• Post openings and manage job-related documentation.
