The ideal candidate will have the ability to own each search's operations and improve processes. Additionally, the position offers competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $130,000, with onsite work required for two days a week.

Overview

Recruiting Operations Associate with a top Hedge Fund. This is a Recruiting Operations role that will support the candidate experience start to finish, as well as operations and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own operations and momentum of each search, including the candidate experience from start to finish.
• Leverage current skillset and build upon it to improve recruiting operations, processes, and outcomes.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

Salary and total compensation range: $100,000 – $130,000. Onsite work is required 2 days per week.
