Job summary

ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Assistant with a strong focus on recruiting and onboarding to join our HR team in Nazareth, PA.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and networks, and coordinate onboarding and new hire processes. The role also supports benefits administration, employee records, HR projects, and engagement initiatives, requiring excellent communication, organization, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR or recruiting experience required.
• Experience with candidate sourcing, LinkedIn recruiting, and proactive outreach strongly preferred.
• Creative, resourceful mindset with ability to think beyond traditional recruiting methods.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, ATS, and/or HRIS systems preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting through hire and onboarding.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, social media, schools, and career programs.
• Develop innovative ways to identify candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial phone screenings.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Post positions and maintain candidate activity within the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare offer documentation and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting initiatives as needed.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, paperwork, orientation, and first-day readiness.
• Enter and maintain employee information within the HRIS and ensure documentation is complete.
