Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead caregiver recruitment, onboarding and training. You will report to the local Operating Director and help grow the office by staffing shifts and maintaining high service levels.

Job Title: Recruiting Manager
Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. With over 450 offices in just 6 years, we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 43 different states (and counting). You will be responsible for hiring and training caregivers and managing schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office.

Office Location: Lynchburg, VA
Salary: $40,000
