Job description

Recruiting Manager

Serenity Healthcare, a national leader in healing depression through state-of-the-art technology and exceptional patient care, is looking for a Recruiting Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and be responsible for direct management of Serenity’s internal hiring team – currently at 17 recruiters. We need someone skilled at hiring based on culture fit and excited to find candidates that align with our mission. We are fighting one of our country’s most critical and stubborn issues across 8 states and 30 clinics and providing better outcomes than anyone else. We need great people to make it happen.


*Onsite Position– Lehi, UT*

Responsibilities

  • Daily supervision and mentorship of the recruiting team
  • Achieve hiring goals and provide visibility into processes and progress
  • Creatively evaluate sourcing methods and strategies to ensure we are reaching the best possible candidates
  • Maintain high quality standards in hiring – we trust recruiting to champion our culture
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring needs
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for assigned roles
  • Care about our patients and how recruiting affects their healing journeys


Qualifications

  • Proven experience with successful outcomes as a Recruiting Manager in a growth organization
  • Broad toolkit in attracting candidates online and offline with a willingness to get creative to achieve results
  • Ability to build a positive team that mirrors the values we are looking for in candidates
  • Sales skillset to build candidate excitement and close deals
  • Excited to hold others accountable to metrics to achieve the company’s mission
