Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of filling roles across multiple departments.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and recruiting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven with recruiting metrics to inform strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, setting performance goals and coaching.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Oversee the interview process, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline health.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
