Heritage Auctions is seeking a Recruiting Intern to support full-cycle recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with sourcing, resume review, interviewing coordination, and onboarding preparation while gaining exposure to strategic talent initiatives.

The role welcomes current students or recent graduates pursuing HR, Business, or related fields, with strong communication and a detail-oriented mindset. Local onsite learning in Dallas, TX as a paid internship.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist with candidate sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Review resumes and screen applicants for qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Support recruitment marketing (job postings, campus outreach, social media).
Assist onboarding preparation and new-hire documentation.
Maintain ATS data integrity.
Plan and support recruiting events and career fairs.
Research market trends and talent pipelines.
