Job summary

Heritage Auctions, the world’s largest collectibles auctioneer, is seeking a Recruiting Intern in Dallas, onsite. You will support the Talent Acquisition team through full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding prep.

This paid internship runs up to 90 days, with Monday–Friday, full-time hours. You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship from HR professionals, and exposure to employer branding and diverse departments in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Open to current students and recent graduates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional, personable, and candidate-facing.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus and experience with AI in recruiting is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Reviewing resumes and helping screen applicants for qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
• Supporting recruitment marketing efforts (job postings, campus outreach, social media)
• Assisting with onboarding preparation and new hire documentation
• Maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity
• Helping plan and support recruiting events and career fairs
• Conducting research on market trends and talent pipelines

What You’ll Do

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable using AI to help with recruiting
