Heritage Auctions is seeking a Recruiting Intern to support full-cycle recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with sourcing, resume review, interviewing coordination, and onboarding preparation while gaining exposure to strategic talent initiatives.

The role welcomes current students or recent graduates pursuing HR, Business, or related fields, with strong communication and a detail-oriented mindset. Local onsite learning in Dallas, TX as a paid internship.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with candidate sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Review resumes and screen applicants for qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Support recruitment marketing (job postings, campus outreach, social media).
  • Assist onboarding preparation and new-hire documentation.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity.
  • Plan and support recruiting events and career fairs.
  • Research market trends and talent pipelines.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiting Intern, you will assist with the full-cycle recruiting process and gain exposure to strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Reviewing resumes and helping screen applicants for qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Supporting recruitment marketing efforts (job postings, campus outreach, social media)
  • Assisting with onboarding preparation and new hire documentation
  • Maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity
  • Helping plan and support recruiting events and career fairs
  • Conducting research on market trends and talent pipelines
Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Open to current students and recent graduates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with candidates
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable navigating continuous change and shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable using AI to help with recruiting and sourcing
