Job summary

Heritage Auctions in Dallas, TX seeks a motivated Recruiting Intern to support full-cycle recruiting and gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition strategies.

You will assist with candidate sourcing, resume reviews, interview coordination, onboarding prep, and ATS data integrity, while learning about employer branding and campus outreach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Open to current students and recent graduates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with candidates.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shift in priorities.
• Comfortable using AI to help with recruiting and sourcing.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
