Job summary

HKS Inc in Dallas seeks a Recruiting Coordinator Intern to support campus recruiting, events, and employer branding. Under supervision, you will build candidate pipelines and coordinate logistics for career fairs and site visits.

Spring 2027 or earlier start; collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, document processes, and gain exposure to recruitment operations in a dynamic design firm.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a professional degree in HRM, business, or marketing.
• 0–2 years of experience in a related field is typical.
• Available to be in the Dallas office at least 20 hours a week.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic tech savviness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist campus recruiting efforts for assigned sector and/or region alongside managing Talent team member.
• Register for career fairs and events; document information for the Talent team.
• Organize and track career fair materials and inventory.
• Plan shipping routes for career fair materials and track delivery status.
• Coordinate logistics with attending employees for campus events.
• Oversee campus feedback and communications during career fair season.
• Build pipelines and maintain communications with top candidates from events.
• Promote and communicate employment branding initiatives internally.
• Participate in strategic Talent Acquisition projects and quarterly Hiring Summit(s).
• Collaborate with Managers and Leaders to pursue top talent at events.
