Based in New Jersey, you will handle onboarding tasks, data management in the ATS, candidate support, interview logistics, and event coordination, gaining exposure to a global professional recruiting operation. The role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and time-management, with mentorship and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic business knowledge
• Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• High level of maturity and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service with teamwork
• Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed
• 6-month availability with no more than 35 hours per week
• In-person/in-office working time is essential

Responsibilities

• Support the full-recruiting lifecycle from candidate attraction to offer
• Data management in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate support
• Coordinate recruiting events and interview logistics
• Assist with resume screening and coordinating schedule details for interviews
