Job summary

McKinsey & Company, Inc. is seeking a recruiting leader to drive strategy and execution for the New Jersey office and assigned campus sources.

You will attract, assess, cultivate, and onboard distinctive talent, collaborating with Partners, the North America recruiting team, and campus partners to deliver a thoughtful, personalized candidate experience. Qualifications

University degree required.
2+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for professional services and/or technical roles.
Strong analytical ability with high comfort in Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead recruiting strategy and execution for the New Jersey office and assigned campus sources.
Collaborate with Partners, Professional Development, consultants, source recruiters, and the North America recruiting team to develop strategies across attraction, assessment, interview scheduling, offer support, onboarding, and internship programming.
Manage candidate relationships end-to-end and plan office events, interview days, dinners, and campus visits.
Use recruiting data and year-end analysis to identify opportunities to improve results.
