BBI Logistics is seeking a motivated Recruiting Intern to gain hands‑on experience in the Talent Acquisition field this summer in Columbus, OH. You'll learn full cycle recruiting from sourcing to offering while shadowing our expert team and developing outreach and screening skills.

As an in-office internship, you will review applications, participate in phone screenings and interviews, and present your portfolio to leadership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates (junior or senior) pursuing a bachelor's degree preferred.
• In-office internship; no remote option.
• Hardworking and positive attitude; fast learner.

As a Recruiting Intern at BBI, you will acquire practical experience in the Talent Acquisition field while collaborating with our expert Recruiting team. What you’ll be doing.

• Learn the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to assessing to offering a candidate
• Shadow and work alongside our recruiting team throughout the summer
• Develop sourcing skills by identifying and connecting with potential candidates, crafting and sending eye catching outreach messages to spark interest and build relationships
• Review candidate applications to assess qualifications and determine next steps in the hiring process based on role requirements and organizational needs
• Engage in phone screenings and in person interviews, progressing to conducting your own screenings as responsibilities grow
• Participate in weekly interview meetings with leadership, offering insights on each candidates' ability for the role
• Showcase your portfolio project, highlighting your accomplishments from your summer role, and present it effectively to leadership
• Collaborate with your fellow interns by participating in volunteer activities and company outings

What you bring to the table.

• Junior and Senior undergraduates pursuing a bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work in office as this internship does not offer remote opportunities
• Hard working and positive spirit
• Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
