Base pay range

We are partnering with a NYC law Firm in their search for a Recruiting HR Generalist. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, support staff in HR-related matters, and serve as an ambassador of the firm culture.

Responsibilities:

• Post open jobs, source, and interview candidates
• Answer any HR or benefits related inquiries
• Coordinate firm-wide wellness and engagement events

Requirements:

• 2 years’ minimum relevant experience with an emphasis in recruiting
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to maintain discretion

Preferred Skills:

• Experience at a recruiting agency, law firm, financial services, or insurance company

Compensation: $28-$33/ Hour

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
