Job summary

Recruitology is seeking a Recruiting & HR Associate to help build and manage our candidate pipeline as we expand across markets. This role focuses on sourcing, outreach, and onboarding, with hours that are part-time but weeks can be full-time based on business needs.

There is clear room to grow into a larger role. You will source, contact, and screen candidates, serve as the main point of contact for hiring and onboarding questions, onboard new employees, and support local recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, or high-volume customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to reliably work from our office in West New York, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, contacting, and screening candidates for open roles across our client sites.
• Manage the candidate pipeline from first contact through placement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact by phone, text, and email for candidates and employees on hiring, onboarding, and payroll questions.
• Onboard new employees, collect required paperwork including I-9 and tax forms, and enter data into our payroll system.
• Support referral programs, job fairs, and local recruiting efforts to keep the candidate pipeline active.
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Outreach: Support referral programs, job fairs, and local recruiting efforts to keep the candidate pipeline active.
• Office Support: Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Must communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Comfortable with high volume phone and text outreach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior recruiting, HR, or high volume customer service experience is a significant plus.
• Professional and service oriented approach with candidates and employees.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to reliably work from our office in West New York, NJ.
