WHSmith North America in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Recruiting Generalist to support the full recruitment lifecycle, manage candidate communications, and help with onboarding.

You will maintain ATS records, post job openings, assist recruiters and hiring managers, track activity, and generate reports to support timely hires. This role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits as outlined.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, HR, administrative, or coordination experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate communications, including interview invitations, confirmations, follow-up correspondence, and status updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Post job openings and support requisition management activities
• Assist recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process to ensure efficient workflow and timely hiring decisions.
• Track recruiting activity and generate recruitment reports and metrics.
• Facilitate new hire documentation, including offer acceptance, onboarding paperwork, policy acknowledgments, and employment eligibility documentation.
• Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, and department leaders to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed prior to the employee's start date.
• Track onboarding milestones and proactively address delays or missing documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
• Assist with onboarding process improvements, documentation updates, and new hire engagement initiatives.

The Recruiting Generalist serves as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and operational teams. Responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, this role facilitates candidate communications, manages recruitment systems, assists with onboarding activities, and provides support for critical hiring projects.
