Keller Williams Lehigh Valley is seeking a Recruiting Director to attract, recruit, and develop talented real estate agents for our market center.

You will work closely with leadership to grow the Market Center, build a strong team of agents, and create opportunities for new and experienced agents to thrive.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills are essential to succeed in this role and to drive the center's ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate recruiting is preferred.

• Ability to coach and develop agents.

Compensation

$100,000 - $120,000+ On-Target Earnings
Base salary + bonus
