Qualifications

• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews for qualified applicants.
• Source candidates using sourcing tools and job boards; participate in career fairs.
• Travel up to 50% and build partnerships with employers.
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop recruitment strategies.
• Prepare information and reports by analyzing data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% as needed.
• Represent the company at career fairs and events to increase awareness of opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Support full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and offers.
• Post positions on job boards, social media, and through networking; build candidate pools.
• Collaborate with recruiters across Superior-operated states to meet staffing needs.
• Report to the Recruiting Outreach Lead.
