Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Recruitment and Human Resources teams in Tallahassee, FL.

You will coordinate interview schedules and travel, assist with background checks, and support HR projects and events with discretion and professionalism. The role requires a high level of organization, confidential handling of information, and strong communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 0–1 year in administrative, call center, or recruiting support preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, iCIMS, or similar) intermediate preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite advanced preferred.
• Experience communicating with internal and external customers at various career levels.
• Experience dealing with executives and employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules and travel arrangements with recruiters, managers and candidates.
• Support HR with tasks, reports and ad-hoc projects; prepare PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist with background screening, road tests, drug tests and safety orientation.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication at all times.
• Create/update employee files and organizational charts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
