Job summary

Skydio in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to be the face of our HQ for candidates, manage interview scheduling across departments, and ensure a warm onsite experience. The role offers learning opportunities with Ashby and Workday, supporting university recruiting events and intern programs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, committed to a great candidate experience, and able to work in person 4-5 days a week at our San Mateo headquarters.

Qualifications

• 0-1+ years of experience in internships, campus leadership, event planning, or customer service.
• In-person at Skydio HQ in San Mateo 4-5 days per week.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset and clear communication.
• Quick to learn new software platforms like Ashby and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates across departments.
• Greet candidates onsite at our HQ, providing office tours and a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with University Recruiting to coordinate campus events and intern onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in Ashby ATS to ensure no candidate falls through the cracks.
• Assist the broader People team with employer branding, swag management, and event planning.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively keep the hiring process moving.
