Skydio is a leading US drone company seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to work onsite at our San Mateo HQ. You will manage the candidate experience, schedule interviews, and welcome applicants while learning Ashby and Workday.

Ideal candidates are organized with a customer-obsessed mindset, eager to learn new HR platforms, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment dedicated to the future of autonomous flight.

Qualifications

0-1+ years of experience (internships, campus leadership, event planning, student clubs, RA roles, or customer service) preferred.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Comfortable communicating with candidates and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates across departments.
Greet candidates onsite at Skydio HQ, provide office tours and a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with University Recruiting to coordinate campus events and intern onboarding.
Maintain accurate records in Ashby to ensure no candidate falls through the cracks.
Assist the People team with projects related to employer branding, swag, and events.
Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues to keep hiring moving.
