Qualifications

• 0-1+ years of experience (internships, campus leadership, event planning, student clubs, RA or customer service)
• Ability to be in-person at San Mateo HQ 4-5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates across departments
• Greet candidates onsite at HQ, provide office tours and a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with University Recruiting to coordinate campus events, career fairs, and intern onboarding
• Maintain records in Ashby to ensure no candidate falls through the cracks
• Assist People team with ad-hoc projects related to employer branding, swag, and event planning
• Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively keep the hiring process moving
