Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• 0-2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology and recruiting tools.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Review resumes and identify candidates who meet client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate phone screens and assess qualifications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within Bullhorn ATS.
• Support Recruiters throughout the recruiting process while learning full-cycle recruiting.
• Follow up with candidates to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
