Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Internship, customer service, administrative, HR, recruiting, or related experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-employment checks, drug tests, and DOT physicals with compliance.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics with recruiters and managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data across systems and ensure data integrity.
• Support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations with process improvements and reporting.
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience.
