As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR, gain exposure to recruiting operations, HR systems, compliance, reporting, and cross-functional projects, and develop skills that can lead to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Internship, customer service, administrative, HR, recruiting, or other professional experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-employment processes including background checks, drug testing, and DOT physicals.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics across the organization.
• Maintain accurate candidate data across multiple systems.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, including process improvements and reporting.
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience.
