You will deliver exceptional customer service, screen and interview applicants, process payroll, and support a fast-paced staffing environment while maintaining organization and adaptability. The role requires strong communication, computer proficiency, and reliable transportation, with the possibility of overtime and on-call weekends.

Qualifications

• Great customer service skills.
• Awesome communication skills.
• Computer savvy and an experienced user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License with proof of insurance.
• Previous staffing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous inside sales and/or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
