DPR Construction in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Recruiter to support recruiting activities across administrative and craft roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify role requirements and guide candidates through the hiring process. You will maintain recruitment documentation and pipelines, contribute to candidate experience, and support events and workforce engagement initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of experience are required; Spanish proficiency is preferred for craft

Job Summary

Supports recruiting activities that meet workforce needs across administrative and craft roles. Partners with hiring managers to identify role requirements, source candidates, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Maintains recruiting documentation and candidate pipelines. Contributes to candidate experience and recruiting process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains candidate records and requisition documentation within the applicant tracking system.
• Supports recruiting events, outreach programs, and workforce engagement initiatives.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment required.

Certifications and Licenses

Spanish language proficiency both written and verbal preferred for roles supporting craft recruiting.
