Job summary

Beehive Industries, headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator for our Loveland, Ohio location. You will build recruitment processes from the ground up and lead candidate experience projects while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interviews.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of recruiting coordination in high-tech, experience with ATS, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience in a high-technology industry.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented—nothing falls through the cracks.
• Excellent communication with people at all levels.
• Ability to stay calm and execute in a fast-moving environment.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain US government security clearance; US Citizenship required.

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized recruiting coordinator who will have an opportunity to build processes from the ground up while having the opportunity to lead candidate experience projects. If you love building relationships and problem-solving, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do...

• Coordinate high volume of interviews and maintain recruiting calendars
• Work closely with recruiter and hiring manager to design the candidate experience
• Communicate with both candidates and internal partners to guide them through the interview process
• Maintain internal systems and tools while looking for ways to improve existing processes through documentation of those processes
• Quickly problem‑solve last minute issues that come up while coming up with a longer‑term solution
• Contribute to projects including but not limited to candidate sourcing, reporting, referral program management, and ad‑hoc projects
• Help plan and run recruiting events
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience in a high-technology industry
• Applicant Tracking System experience
