Are you a scheduling pro with a passion for people and process? IES Residential is on the hunt for a Recruiting Coordinator who knows their way around HR processes and can work magic in iCIMS. You’ll keep our hiring team organized, our candidates informed, and our systems running like clockwork. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Responsibilities
- Post new jobs across multiple boards and keep job postings polished, accurate, and aligned with our hiring needs.
- Manage candidate progress like a pro in iCIMS—open jobs, track applicants, move them through the pipeline, rinse, repeat.
- Act as the friendly bridge between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates—clear communication is your superpower.
- Partner with recruiters and HR on onboarding steps and compliance tasks
- Communicate with candidates regarding next steps, important details, and timelines
- Keep our candidate and hiring data organized, clean, and useful.
- Troubleshoot basic ATS questions and help teammates navigate the iCIMS platform
- Assist VP of HR with accurate recruiting reports, and special HR process improvements
- Track and report metrics (time‑to‑fill, time‑to‑hire, source of hire)

Specific Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience
- Must have hands-on experience with iCIMS —this is a critical tool in our daily recruiting workflow.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail abilities
- Clear, friendly communication style (written and verbal)
- Tech- Comfortable: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred
- Experience in construction, trades, or field services
- Familiarity with compliance and onboarding workflows
- Self-starter who can multitask and meet deadlines under moderate supervision
- Adaptable, organized, proactive, detail-focused; thrives in a collaborative environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
